1. The following conditions include the Sharqiah Season Contest of 2019 and behold an integral part of the contest. Therefore, participation in the Sharqiah Season Contest means full consent and compliance with these provisions and its implications.
2. Participations will be assessed by a judging committee dedicated for each track organized by the Sharqiah Season. Winners of each track will be determined based on the assessment ratios obtained by each participant during the evaluation phase.
3. All entries are entirely owned by the Organizer of the Sharqiah Season and are fully entitled to be used and published on all media platforms.
4. The original file of the photograph is considered as the ownership document, and the participant shall be requested to submit it to the Contest Administration without any modification.
5. The Organizer of the Sharqiah Season reserves the right to cancel, extend or modify the contest rules, terms or conditions without prior notice. Any changes made in the contest will be posted on its social media platforms and Sharqiah Season website.
6. All participants must adhere to the starting and ending dates to the submission of entries.
7. All entries submitted are subject to reviewal to ensure they comply with the contest criteria and terms and conditions. The participant acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and accepted the terms and conditions of the contest before participation. All entries that do not comply with any of the requirements of participation or prove that it does not belong to the participant by any means will be excluded.
8. Any participation that proves it infringes intellectual property rights or copyrights, whether by theft, imitation, manipulation or any violation of the law for any detail, by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will be excluded from the contest and may be exposed to legal accountability.
9. After the "Organizer of the Eastern Season" contacts the winner for a period not exceeding 4 days, the winner or his/her representative must bring the winner's government ID card to receive the award from the headquarters of the Organizer. "The Organizer of the Eastern Season" is not responsible for handing over the award after the specified period and has the right to proceed as what they see fit with the award.

1. Members of the organizing team nor members of the jury of the Sharqiah Season are eligible to participate in the contest.
2. The Organizers of the Sharqiah Season are entitled to award an alternative winner if the primary winner was found to be disqualified by any means by the terms and conditions of the contest.
3. The participant should be fully committed to all stages of the contest and is obliged to attend and complete all stages of the contest in person, and no one is allowed to replace the participant at any stage of the contest.
4. The "organizer of the Sharqiah Season" shall publish information of the participants and all that is related to the contest on the website and social media platforms according to what may deem appropriate.
5. In the case, the contest was suspended, the organizers of the contest will publish a message in their official channels and on the website stating that the contest has been suspended.
6. Participants in the Sharqiah Season should be 11 years old and above.

1. The entries added to the contest page are represented by the owners according to their personal accounts within the contest’s site. The organizers of the Sharqiah Season can benefit from the participation and ideas can be adopted as well.
2. If two or more similar entries are on the contest’s page from two different people and there is no proof of ownership of the idea on both sides, the "Organizers of the Sharqiah Season" policy will depend on the date and time of sending the submission to the contest’s site in order to determine the reference of the initial participant and the submission’s representative on the site. This applies unless one of the parties proves he/her own it, then they have the right to participate officially.
3. The Organizer of the Sharqiah Season will keep the files attached to the registration form or ones sent by e-mail.
4. The participants agree that the "Organizer of the Sharqiah Season" or any third party authorized by the "Organizer of the Sharqiah Season" shall publish these posts on the website or in any other media platforms, whether current or future, which may include websites, mobile phones or radios. Moreover, the participant agrees to authorize the "Organizer of the Sharqiah Season" to use them in the context of promotional activities, advertising, and other advertising possibilities. The participant shall also agree to grant the "Organizer of the Sharqiah Season" or any third party authorized by the "Organizer of the Sharqiah Season" an exclusive and irrevocable license to display, publish, transfer the submission by modifying it or sharing it or redirect it in a different manner or licensing it to another party for the purpose of presenting it to the media on the basis of the first license for these purposes.
5. The participation - as well as any other information submitted by the participant to the contest - must be personal and specifically designated to that same participant. The participant hereby acknowledges that all information submitted to the Contest does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party and that it does not contain abuse, infringement, defamation, threat, contempt, or otherwise. Therefore the Organizer of the Sharqiah Season reserves the right to refuse to publish or exclude and eliminate the participation and to return to the participant any damage caused to the contest.
6. The participant agrees to participate in any promotional campaigns and the use of winning entries and the names of the winners in all available advertising media.
7. The Organizer of the Sharqiah Season does not guarantee any intellectual property rights claimed by the owner of the participation. The organizer shall not be liable for the intellectual property of the materials submitted on the Contest page which may constitute a violation to copyrights.
8. The presentation of the content and the tools used constitutes a confirmation of the participant to give it to the “Organizer of the Sharqiah Season.” This waiver includes all rights related to it, including the right of ownership and the resulting rights such as intellectual property rights, publishing, modification, amendments, production, reproduction, and any other rights.
9. The participant is not entitled to use the submitted content or any of the tools used in it by selling, publishing, investing or any other behavior. In case of felony, he or she is entirely responsible and are held accountable for its consequences and damages resulting from it.

The "Organizers of the Sharqiah Season" are not held accountable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by the contestant, including any damage that may be caused to him/her due to participating in the Contest. The “Organizers of the Sharqiah Season” are not responsible for any technical faults related to communications lines, computer systems or equipment or Internet services or inability to receive e-mail for the said reasons, including any damage or malfunction to the participant's computers or mobile lines that may occur as a result of participating in the Contest or uploading any materials or information in the Contest.

3. The submission belongs to the participant him/herself.
4. The submission complies with the Islamic Shariah and local rules and traditions.
5. The submission was never published online or presented on Social Media in any way.
6. The participant can participate with one submission per day.
7. The submission does not promote any services or products.
8. The submission does not include any names, last names, logos, signatures or dates.
9. The submitted photos must be of high quality.
10. If the submission is a video, the video should not exceed 5 minutes.
11. If the submission is a video, the rights of the video and music used must be owned by the participant, and in the absence of rights, this should be indicated in the noted section in the registration form.
12. Any submissions received after midnight will be considered submission of the next day.

6. If the submission is a video, the rights of the video and music used must be owned by the participant, and in the absence of rights, this should be indicated in the noted section in the registration form.
7. The submission was never published online or presented on Social Media in any way.
8. The participant can participate with one submission per day in the Season Challenge and can also participate in the Daily Challenge.
9. The submission does not promote any services or products.
10. The submission does not include any names, last names, logos, signatures or dates.
11. The video in the submission should not exceed 5 minutes.
12. The text used in the video in Arabic or English should be included in a separate file.
13. The final version of the film should be one of the following formats: DCP, mov or mp4.
14. The participant should make any requested modifications by the contest administration "if any" within 24 hours of receiving the request.

When will the results be announced?

In regards to the Daily Challenge, winners will be announced the second day following the participation. While for the Season Challenge, winners will be announced by the end of the Sharqiah Season and the judging period.

How many winners will there be in each track?

In regards to the Daily Challenge, there will be two winners daily. While for the Season Challenge there will be one winner only.

What is the prize?

In regards to the Daily Challenge, the prize is a voucher for SR 5000.While for the Season Challenge, the prizes are to be announced.
